The security management of information system refers to the establishment of effective protection mechanism for hardware, software and data in the system to ensure the normal operation of the system, free from accidental or malicious reasons, such as: damage, change, disclosure and other acts or natural factors, to ensure that the system can operate continuously and reliably, and the user-oriented service is not interrupted. In view of the current situation of frequent network security problems, unclear security situation and weak security awareness, this paper proposes and implements an information system security management system based on big data technology under the micro service mode. This system takes information system security operation and maintenance protection as the core idea, combined with data collection, collection and processing, resource allocation, health monitoring, information mining, situation analysis, emergency response as the technical main body, and provides an implementable security management system construction method for software security under the micro service architecture. The application results in this study show that the construction of the system greatly reduces the total work of the operation and maintenance personnel, improves the effective monitoring of the system by the management personnel, and plays a positive role in promoting the security maintenance of the entire information system. 2020 IEEE.
