In recent years, Huabei Oilfield has explored the application of big data analysis in oil and gas production. According to the types and characteristics of oilfield data, it has proposed and created a closed-loop big data analysis 'seven-step method' system from acquisition, processing, tracking, and evaluation, preliminary designed and developed a data mining platform for oil production engineering based on Hadoop/Spark
The platform has been applied in 6 oil and gas production units and achieved remarkable social and economic benefits. 2021 IEEE.
