With the advent of the information age, the traditional production and lifestyle have been unable to meet the needs of the development trend of the times. The development of both cities and rural areas is inseparable from the driving of information technology. In my country, the economic development of rural areas is compared with that of cities. The speed is lower, so it is more necessary to speed up the construction of informatization, so as to promote the overall development of the rural economy. The main purpose of this paper is to study the performance evaluation of rural informatization construction based on big data. This paper mainly analyzes the content and function of rural informatization, as well as the principles of performance evaluation construction, and analyzes the construction of rural informatization in a county. Experiments show that from the first year to the third year, there is an upward trend basically every year. The most fundamental reason is that the current number of information sites cannot meet the needs of informatization development
