Abstract: The corporate annuity plan is not only an important pillar of the national social insurance system, but also an integral part of corporate governance mechanism, which plays an important role in employee incentives. This paper systematically analyzes literature big data on factors influencing corporate annuity participation decision from three aspects: macro level, individual level and enterprise level the study found that national tax policies, individual insurance needs and enterprises' incentive motivation all have significant impacts on the implementation of the corporate annuity plan. At the same time, the distribution of relevant literatures indicates that China's current research findings on corporate annuity plan are relatively rare at the enterprise level, and it is still to be further studied the research conclusions of this paper have certain enlightening significance for the follow-up study of corporate annuity, and can also provide decision support for Chinese enterprise annuity management company to identify potential marketing customers.
